My staples:

– Brown rice

– Cacao powder (the best for making dairy free, raw chocolate!)

– Coconut oil and milk

– Dairy free milks: rice and almond

– Dried fruit (I try to limit this): goji berries, cranberries, dates

– Fresh herbs: basil, mint, coariander

– Fresh vegetables: kale, spinach, courgettes (zucchini), carrots, broccoli, parsnips, peppers, cucumber, seaweed (nori)

– Fresh fruit: bananas, grapes, satsumas, oranges, honeydew melon, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, limes, lemon

– Gluten free oats

– Gluten free flours: brown rice, buckwheat, oat

– Gluten free pasta: brown rice, quinoa, rice noodles

– Nuts: macadamia, peanuts, walnuts, pine nuts

– Nut butters: peanut, almond

– Olive oil

– Pure maple syrup

– Rice cakes

– Seeds: flax, sunflower, chia

– Spices: cinnamon, tumeric, cayenne pepper

– Superfoods: wheatgrass, hemp
