Tropical Morning kinda green

The pineapple gives it that perfect kick and wheatgrass is such a great super food.

– 1 ripe banana and a few chunks of frozen banana

– 5 or so chunks of pineapple

– 2 big handfuls of spinach

– tsp wheatgrass powder

– tsp ground flaxseed

– squeeze fresh lemon juice

– lots of water

– sprinkle of cinnamon

Blend together and serve straight away!
