Banana Raspberry Smoothie
The easiest raspberry banana smoothie, give it a try on a dreary Monday morning and it’ll keep you full for longer than you think!
2 big handfuls of spinach
1 big handful of raspberries
Splash of almond milk (Or any other non-dairy alternative)
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp raw brown rice protein powder
Then pour in a glass and add a little cinnamon. Easy!
Note: Simply freeze one of the fruits before hand for a perfect chilled consistency
I topped mine with a little homemade gluten-free yogurt granola!
